Wallifyer strives to provide premium download products, however, sometimes things just don´t turn out as intended. Let me help you solve the problems you are facing. Email me at wallifyer@aland.net or use the contact form on this page so I can make things right.

The procedure to get a refund

As a part of my refund policy, you need to email me at wallifyer@aland.net with a clear description of your issues or problems. Allow me 7 business days from the day the email was sent to resolve the situation. You need to inform me of your wish for a refund within 14 days from the date the item was purchased from me.

Short version:

  1. A problem occurs with your order
  2. State the problem you are having with your order in your email
  3. Send your email to wallifyer@aland.net
  4. Send me an email within 14 days of your purchase notifying me of your wish to refund
  5. You allow me 7 business day to solve the issue or problem

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The files are corrupted and I am unable to fix the file
  • The files are misrepresented in its product description in terms of file types and file resolutions
  • The listing is missing files within the purchase and I am not able to retrieve the file to you

Unfortunately, I will not make refunds if your request for refund is due to the following situations:

  • You purchased the item by accident
  • You did not read the product description
  • You thought a digital download was a physical item
  • You do not have the correct software/lack the knowledge to use the item and/or its file types
  • You want to exchange it for another item
  • You have trouble downloading the item
  • You are not able to open a zip file

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Wallifyer.com
