The procedure to get a refund

As a part of my refund policy, you need to email me at with a clear description of your issues or problems. Allow me 7 business days from the day the email was sent to resolve the situation. You need to inform me of your wish for a refund within 14 days from the date the item was purchased from me.

Short version:

  1. A problem occurs with your order
  2. State the problem you are having with your order in your email
  3. Send your email to
  4. Send me an email within 14 days of your purchase notifying me of your wish to refund
  5. You allow me 7 business day to solve the issue or problem

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The files are corrupted and I am unable to fix the file
  • The files are misrepresented in its product description in terms of file types and file resolutions
  • The listing is missing files within the purchase and I am not able to retrieve the file to you

Unfortunately, I will not make refunds if your request for refund is due to the following situations:

  • You purchased the item by accident
  • You did not read the product description
  • You thought a digital download was a physical item
  • You do not have the correct software/lack the knowledge to use the item and/or its file types
  • You want to exchange it for another item
  • You have trouble downloading the item
  • You are not able to open a zip file
